Ministore helps sellers launch a storefront, take orders, and run their business from the web or our iOS and Android apps. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information across the Service. It is the privacy policy URL listed for Ministore on the App Store and Google Play.

Information we collect

  • Account and profile. When you register as a seller, we collect identifiers such as email, username, and store details you provide.
  • Store and commerce data. Product listings, prices, inventory, branding, and order information you add are stored so your storefront and dashboard work as intended.
  • Customer checkout data. When someone orders from a storefront, we process contact and delivery details they submit (such as name, phone, and address) so the seller can fulfill the order.
  • Usage and device data. We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser or app type, general location derived from IP, and logs that help us operate, secure, and improve the Service.
  • Mobile app data. Our iOS and Android apps use the same account, store, and order data as the web dashboard. If you enable notifications, we store a device push token to alert you about new orders.
  • Support communications. If you contact us, we retain those messages and our replies.

iOS and Android apps

The Ministore mobile apps let sellers sign in, manage products and orders, update store settings, reset their password, and receive order alerts— the same core features as the web dashboard, optimized for phone.

Data sent between your device and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS (HTTPS). Sensitive data on our systems is protected with encryption and access controls.

Sellers can delete their Ministore account from the mobile app (Settings → Delete account) or by contacting support@ministore.live. When deletion is processed, we disable login, remove push tokens, and hide the storefront. Order records may be retained for business and legal purposes; personal credentials are removed or banned so the account cannot be used again.

App Store and platform privacy disclosures

If you download Ministore from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the disclosures below apply in addition to the rest of this policy.

  • Privacy policy URL. This page is the privacy policy URL provided for our iOS app (and referenced for other Apple platforms where applicable).
  • App Store Connect disclosures. We describe our data-handling practices in App Store Connect so users are informed before they download.
  • App Privacy details.Our responses to Apple's app privacy questions are reflected on the App Store product page. Disclosures represent Ministore across iOS, Android, and web where practices differ by platform.
  • Third-party partners. We use service providers for hosting, databases, email, push notifications, analytics, and payments— only to operate the Service on our behalf.

How we use information

We use personal information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate users, process and display storefront and order data, send order notifications, communicate about the Service, detect and prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve reliability and performance.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who assist us with hosting, analytics, email, security, or payments— only as needed for them to perform those functions on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Ministore, our users, or others. Order details are shared with the seller whose storefront you purchased from so they can fulfill your order.

Retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. After account deletion, some records (such as completed orders) may be kept in anonymized or limited form where required for records or law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit between your browser or mobile app and our servers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Sellers can update store details in dashboard Settings. To delete a seller account, use Delete account in the mobile app or email support@ministore.live. For other privacy requests, contact us using the details below.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date above. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
